Zhiyu Zheng

I am an Eng.D. student at Fudan University working on VLSI physical design, EDA tooling, reproducible CAD flows, OpenROAD-related research, and 3D IC implementation. My work focuses on building reliable research infrastructure, turning physical-design ideas into usable tooling, and keeping experimental workflows clear and reproducible.

My current public project lineup includes TaiWei, TaiWei-Pin-3D, ORFS-Research, OpenROAD-Research, Fudan_Digital_EDA, and FUDAN_ANALOG_EDA_MATLAB_SPICE. Together, these projects reflect my interests in research engineering, benchmark-friendly implementation, and technically grounded open artifacts.

Before starting the Eng.D. program, I worked as a Software R&D Engineer at IC Prophet Microelectronics. Public code is mainly maintained on GitHub.
